Returns & Exchanges Terms and Conditions

Our Returns & Exchange policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

When can I get a refund or exchange?

If there is a problem with goods you have bought, the store may have to provide a replacement, refund, repair or other type of ‘remedy’. The type of remedy available depends on the problem.

An item is faulty if it:

  • does not do what it’s normally supposed to
  • has a defect
  • is unacceptable in appearance or finish
  • is unsafe
  • isn’t durable

You are not entitled to return an item when:

  • the store told you (or displayed a sign) about hidden defects before you bought it
  • you examined the item before buying and didn’t find defects you should have noticed
  • you used the item in an ‘abnormal’ way, or
  • you have used the item for a very long time.

How do I get a refund or exchange?

You must ensure that:

  • you have your original register receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item;

the product and packaging is in its original condition including all manuals and accessories;

  • the product is in re-saleable condition; and
  • the product has not been used or damaged.

Exchanges or refunds for change of mind cannot be offered.

Any product that is purchased as part of a transaction qualifying for a free gift; gift with purchase or bonus offer, the gift or bonus items must also be returned (unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing by Wizard Pharmacy Customer Service). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus or it is not in saleable condition upon its return; the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.

In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.

How to return your product

If you purchased your product in a Wizard Pharmacy store

Simply take the product, along with your valid proof of purchase, back to the Wizard Pharmacy you made your original purchase.

If you purchased your product from our online store

Please contact our customer service team at customercare@wizardpharmacy.com.au for further information and assistance.

Important information for online purchase returns

For ‘faulty products” returns, the original shipping fee will be refunded for refund requests only. Exchanges will be posted free of charge. If orders are not collected in 60 days funds are forfeited’

Credit Cards

All refunds will be provided back in the original tender. Debit and credit card refunds must be processed back into the original credit card.
