There are things that you can do to help control your asthma:
have a healthy diet and an active lifestyle â€“ being overweight, smoking or suffering from stress or depression can impact your asthma
know and avoid your asthma triggers
if exercise causes an attack, use your blue reliever inhaler 15 to 30 minutes before activity to prevent or lessen an attack
if seasonal allergies worsen your asthma consider taking allergy medications after talking to your Doctor or Wizard Pharmacist
wear a mask when working outdoors or in dusty areas
carpet collects dust and irritants so try and avoid it in the home where possible.
